Founded in 2002, Pacari chocolate was the first company to source its cocoa beans exclusively from Ecuador. As they say on their website, Pacari chocolate allows consumers to taste what makes Ecuador special; Pacari chocolate is known for its floral and fruity flavours. Pacari takes a hands-on approach from start to finish, and practices both environmental and social responsibility in growing and harvesting its Arriba Nacional cacao. Of particular note are the “Andean Flavours” collection, which feature flavours unique to Ecuador. Chocolate lovers can sample flavours such as Salt & Nibs, the spicy-smoky flavour of Merken, Lemongrass, and Andean Blueberry.
