Interestingly Cocoa Nactional is one of the rarer of cocoa bean sub-variants and whilst actually being related to the much maligned Forastero family of beans, it is still a sort after bean.
This bar manages to balance a wonderful smoothness with a decent hit on natural cocoa acidity - it's a must try bar of chocolate.
