Of course there are unsupported claims as to the health benefits of Acai and we're in no position to state whether they're true or not, but some studies have shown they have elevated levels of antioxidants. We don't know about that, but we do know that we absolutely love this bar.
The balance of the acidity of the Acai against the sweetness of the cherry has a "sweet and sour" quality. Whilst the 'raw' style chocolate envelopes those senses with a natural, rustic chocolate flavour.
