Over the past year Domori has revamped its range, not only in terms of packaging but also processing. This has meant that if you have previously enjoyed Domori chocolate you will need to revisit their range and see what you think of their latest style of chocolate. This 2012 Domori Porcelana seems to be a fair degree darker than I recognise - which is strange as most of Porcelana at the 70% level I have tried had a much lighter appearance.
This most recent incarnation has a much more powerful flavour profile too. Those floral notes are certainly still present, but they're seemingly offered in a greater concentration that previous versions. You should also appreciate a transition into hazelnut as the melt diminishes.
