Cocoa is a small Polish company that is passionate not only about the health benefits of chocolate, but also the importance of fine ingredients. The company makes delectable raw chocolate bars and coated unusual fruits and nuts using Peruvian Criollo beans.
They directly import all the raw ingredients from the growers in South America and Asia and all of those producers are regularly inspected have organic production certification in accordance with the EU Article 29 paragraph No. 834/2007. The sweetener they use is either sugar palm or the nectar of coconut flowers and is claimed to contain a great deal of magnesium, potassium and iron as well as reportedly having a low Glycaemic Index (GI35). They also use organic cocoa butter and cold pressed cocoa beans.
This is a truly wonderful company which produced fantastic raw chocolate.
