Despite what we know as Honduras these days having grown cacao for many hundreds of years, there just doesn't seem to be a large number of chocolate makers using cocoa from the country. Other than Askinosie and Duffy there doesn't seem to be any bean-to-bar or origin chocolate makers using cocoa grown in Honduras. The only other is Friis Holm which allegedly has one created for him by Bonnat. But other than that, Honduras certainly seems under-represented in the fine chocolate market.
