If you would like to request a refund for damaged, delayed, products sent but not as described, if we have sent you the wrong products or, indeed, missed off a product from your order please use the tool below. Here you can login to your order, even if you didn't register an account when you purchased. This tool allows you to locate you order and indicate to us where you are dissatisfied. The options to request a refund, credit or replacement will be dependent on how your order wasn't to your satisfaction.
The system allows returns for a credit, refund or replacement for damaged in transit or delayed or 30 from the date of order. If the product is not as described you can elect for a credit or refund. If we have sent the wrong product in error or missed off a product then you can choose to have a refund, credit or replacement sent fifteen days from the date of order.
