This is Zotter's first Labooko bar from Papua New Guinea. Despite historically producing some very interesting cocoa. It wasn't until a cooperative managed to acquire both organic and Fairtrade status that they were able to add it to the stable of chocolate with similarly noble origins. 

The flavours offered by this origin and unleashed by Zotter are fantastic. You really do get a taste of the rustic nature of large tropical landmass. And, just like the 90% Bolivia, it release flavour that persists, even a long after the melt has finished.
