It's not often you find fine quality chocolate adorned with pecan nuts, but this absolutely works. It's fantastic. The nuts work to soften the sweet and sour aspect of the base 73% Peruvian chocolate, it seems to bend and twist those floral, slightly acidic notes into new forms.
As you let the chocolate melt in your mouth you'll get waves of flavour, one after the other and then, occasionally, you'll get a very large wave of utterly delightful pecan flavour that sets the taste buds tingling.
I just love it.
