If the thought of the power of the pink pepper version of this chocolate was too much for you then you may want to consider this black pepper version as the intensity is much softer at the beginning and then spread out into an almost chilli-like characteristic almost straight away afterwards.
This certainly isn't as harsh as many pepper & chocolate combinations we've tried in the past, but the heat from the pepper does last a very long time.
In terms of awards this won a Gold in the European heats of the International Chocolate Awards in 2013 and a Silver with the Academy of chocolate in the same year.
