What we have here is an incredibly powerful and fragrant Madagascan chocolate. The citric flavours are remarkable. They build up very quickly to a head and then drop back down and then slowly pass by. All this power and punch makes this a completely different chocolate to the Akesson's Bali which is soft and mellow. This pink pepper adulterated chocolate is certainly one to jolt you out of a mid-afternoon malaise. 

Even moments after the melt has finished you will still get wafts of the sweet pepper flavour washing over your taste buds. 

This is certainly a chocolate to be nibbled slowly. It also won silver in the Academy of Chocolate awards in 2013.
