The artisan Italian chocolate makers have produced one of the finest blended chocolate bars. Of course this bar is made from a mix of Criollo and Trinitario beans from three different plantations which produces an intriguing flavour profile which changes from deep red fruits to coffee and molasses - possibly even the raisins, at the edge, are recognisable too. As this bar has an intensity that belies the 70% cocoa level, we do suggest that this bar is for lovers of acidic chocolate and certainly not for those that appreciate more mellow tones.
