We know how popular fleur de sel chocolate is so we've sourced this one made by the stone-ground method in Belgium by the highly talented Benoît Nihant from Trinitario cocoa in the Sambirano Valley. The cocoa was sourced from the Bertil Åkesson Somia plantation and is organic certified.
