Making chocolate since 1954, today Spanish maker Blanxart remains faithful to its origins; all of its packaging and boxes contains the same logo and its production is overseen by fourth generation master chocolatier Xavier Cordomi.
This Brazilian bar is a devilishly intense 76% cocoa. It provides a well rounded and flavoursome mixture of fruity notes. These range from Lime to Kiwi via deep Citrus bursts. It is a really palate pleasing mixture that is finished off by some wonderfully earthy flavours and a slight graininess in texture.
