There isn't a great deal of chocolate to be had made from cocoa grown in Sri Lanka - the only other being Bessone. Perhaps its by mental association but we get an aroma of tea and deep dark forests - we'd love to know if anyone else gets that too.
Again, the flavour offers some very noticeable spice notes backed by cream and slight florals which are all delivered in Bonnat's archetypal fantastic texture. The melt is quick but perfect as a good tryst should be.
