Many will already know that Venezeula produce some of the world's finest cocoas and this 75% chocolate from Bonnat certainly stands up with the rest of the origin's produce. The colour of the chocolate is rich and deep brown that is a portent for the luscious flavour that it offers. What does contrast with some Venezuelan cocoas is that it has a semi-deep spice note that compliments the commonplace floral notes. What's more, there is also a very noticeable, but light, fruit flavour with a passing dash of red fruits.
