Cocoa nibs are not only a great way to add flavour and texture to breakfast cereals and even baked foods, but are often also cited as a good form of antioxidants. With these nibs from the wonderful, unpretentious Bouga Cacao in southern France we have some with the slightest touch of raw cane sugar just to lift the flavour.
These nibs are from the Arriba Nacional bean which is predominantly found in Ecuador and a small part of Peru.
