Over the past few years I must have consumed several thousand chocolate products and few have been as addictive as these chocolate covered cocoa nib clusters produced by Casa Luker. The Columbian cocoa nibs are grouped together and coated in their 53% dark chocolate blend so that you've got a fairly sweet chocolate coating over the crunchy, intoxicating cocoa nibs that are exceptionally moreish - they're the perfect snack to enjoy whilst watching a movie but with potentially with the often acclaimed health benefits of the cocoa nibs.
It's just that magical balance of a delightful sweet hit against a slight acidic shot from the nibs combined with an audible crunch that make these one of my all-time favourites.
Not only can you try them in the larger form of the clusters but also in the smaller option of the individual coated nibs. The balance is more towards the sweeter side with the nibs rather than the clusters. Simply choose from the dropdown which you prefer.
