This Chocablog 70% uses the Menakao beans and is fairly similar to the Akesson's beans version which, obviously, also originate from Madagascar. But this one is a much softer, creamier, richer affair and one that you could easily consume over a few days if you're looking for a more intense offering that milk chocolate but less intense than most 70%'s. 

But don't underestimate this chocolate as their is a distinct tanginess reminiscent with oranges.
