This is the 'nude' version of the Nibbed dark that is created from the Peruvian 65% and it still offers that bitter-sweet flavour that offers heap of mango and even melon. It just has 'fruit' in abundance but it offers wafts of Eton Mess in stages too. Primarily a 'caramel' bar it would not only appeal to those fond of milk chocolate, but also those that have experienced a great deal of what Peru has to offer but are yet to move further down the cocoa solids line and see how a bit more sugar can open up the flavours of the cacao.
