This is the second 100% Chocolat Madagascar have created but this time the headline difference is that it uses certified organic cocoa. The real difference, however, is that this is a much more intense affair. The other 100% is an exceptionally creamy profile with little noticeable 'zip'. This, one, however, steps up the bitterness with distinctly orange zest notes.
