And now for the nibs. In the ever expanding chocolate range created by this wonderful Madagascan company they now offer a 68% dark chocolate with cocoa nibs. 

The estates they have access to have a range of cocoas growing; from Criollo, Trinitario and unique variation of the Forastero (we'll try and find out the specifics) and have blended them together to produce this wonderful 68%. 

What we love is that one bite will produce an incredibly smooth, semi-sweet dark chocolate whilst others will be laden with the caramel-like cocoa nibs that not only give it a superb crunch, but also another layer of intrigue. 

This is certainly one we would keep on our desk to see us through the day.
