As with their 100%, this 85% is also a soft, casual affair. It's almost leaning towards the creaminess of the AMMA 85%. But there is so much going on here. Apart from the Cornish clotted cream mouth feel, there are also very strong citrus flavours. It's almost a lemon cheese cake - but with a brutish, natural complexion. This is no faux, organised-by-committee chocolate. There are rough edges and an intense, sharp acidic finish. It wants you to relax into it thinking you'll be smothered in cream but then you're giving a slap around the chops and brought back to your senses. 

How it plays 'good cop, bad cop' is fascinating. Sweet and sour in chocolate form - you can't go wrong.
