This is the organic version of the classic Madagascan 70% from the Robert Chocolatier based in Antananarivo and to be totally honest, it's one of my favourite 70%'s I've ever tried. I was first given a sample of this chocolate at a fair and had it by my desk munching away for a week and every time I tried a piece I was marvelled by its flavour and aroma.

The aroma is distinctly peppery whilst the flavour is much sharper than you would expect that this level and especially considering their non-organic 100% is such a mild affair. Madagascar is renowned for its red fruits flavours, but there is so much more going on here. There's hazelnuts, balsamic vinegar and more - perhaps even mustard seed. 

We simply love it.
