At last a true white that doesn't even try to be a 'chocolate' suitable for children or people with a pathological addiction to sugar - for this as about as removed from a Milky Bar, whilst still being a 'white' as you could possibly imagine. There is almost no sweetness at all - despite cane sugar being the most prevalent ingredient. Instead it’s all 'cream'. The richness is almost beyond comprehension. It's almost like drowning in Cornish cream.

One thing that I have always been critical of is chocolate with excess vanilla. Even though there is vanilla here, as you would expect from a 'white', but it is far less noticeable than you may expect.

It is important to go beyond the normal expectation of a white chocolate as if you constrain your mind to what you are likely to have tried, then you will be disappointed. If, however, you approach this bar with an open mind then I think you will be pleasantly surprised.
