And now for something completely different. Coconut and Ghanaian Forestaro cacao have the same mellow flavour. None reaches the heights of other origins or fruits. But still this is an interesting chocolate as the coriander just lifts it a touch. It still one of those that you will find yourself endlessly munching through. It's just completely addictive. There's a soft sweetness this is balanced perfectly with the mild spice that is bafflingly moreish. Such meek flavours shouldn't illicit this desire to consume more, bit it does.

Tasting Notes |
Just as this chocolate with elderberry blossoms suggests something spring-like, it also provides a dignified setting for the cool and aromatic season. On the basis of this large body of soft and creamy nuances and suggestions of toffee, the coriander develops its disarming nature. Crisply roasted slices of coconut flesh round out the flavour.
