Damson’s carefully sourced ingredients bring together the tropical and the local. Angelsey sea salt from Halen Môn and buffalo milk from Laverstoke Park Farm have been combined with cocoa from the Robson estate in Trinidad.
An indulgent and smooth bar with a strong cocoa flavour, the buffalo milk gives a decadent creaminess and an unusual tang. The Trinidadian cocoa has grassy and herbal quality that when combined with the buffalo milk produces sweet floral flavours with just a hint of vanilla. The sea salt cuts through the bar’s richness but doesn’t overpower. Finish reminiscent of icing sugar and Turkish delight.
