Unlike the Panama 50% which is markedly different than the 72% version, this 50% offers a similar flavour profile to its darker relation - you still get the raisin notes which is very appealing, but, as you would expect, it moves further down into the realms of caramel. If you like rum and raisin ice cream you should love this chocolate.
