The aroma of this this 70% Peruvian dark chocolate is both luscious, direct and contains a beautiful sweet and sour combination. But it's the flavour that astounds. There are very decent sandalwood notes which are contained within a roundness that you would expect from Domori. It's this caramel note that works wonders with the floral and a slight bit of orange peel that is so attractive. At the very end of the melt you may also witness some salinity.
Despite the presence of 30% cane sugar it doesn't show. This well-crafted chocolate exudes quality and refinement.
NB: The best before date.
