Chocolate with carrot in is actually one of our top sellers and Josef Zotter has gone one step further by incorporating it in Alpine creamy white chocolate to form a tangy couverture. The Mitzi Blue range sometimes isn't considered as unusual as his handscooped bars, but recently they've become a touch more strange, and with Zotter theming his bars with an Easter feel one would expect him to think outside of the rabbit-hutch and include their furry creature's favourite food.
Personally I feel that Easter eggs are a touch 'old hat' now. Very few are original and most are made with average quality couverture at best. But here we have an Easter chocolate treat that should appeal to a wide audience of young children that do want to try something a little bit different.
