Egg liqueur is a Marmite of the the alcohol world as many love it, and a large number can't abide it. If you're in the former camp you should appreciate the combination of white chocolate and almond ganache which is mixed with egg liqueur and then laced with vanilla from Congo and cinnamon and ginger which serves to lift the flavours even more.
