This white chocolate has been crafted using natural cocoa butter as well as Japanese Matcha and Sencha teas. Feitoria partnered with Chá Camélia, importers of fine Japanese teas to create this bar. Sencha, which translates as ‘steamed tea’ is an infused green tea very popular in Japan. Matcha is a highly valued fine ground green tea powder, used in traditional tea ceremonies.
Combined, the Sencha and Matcha’s intense, almost savoury flavours make them the perfect contrast to the sweetness of the white chocolate. Earthy hints of nuts round out the bar’s flavour.
