Here Mikkel Friis Holm has created a truly delightful 70% chocolate made with Nicaliso cocoa from northern Nicaragua. Here you will find an amazing experience which offers flavours that you may never have experienced in the world of chocolate before. These flavours reminded me of standing around camp fires - with the intense sweet and savoury aromas. On tasting you may pick up notes of figs and tangerine, but overall you should come away with a feeling of serene chocolaty elegance.
