Update: 09/05/13 - This bar won a gold in the Milk Plain/Origin Bar category of this year's International Chocolate Awards
Friis Holm offers here a blended bar made with five different strains of indigenous Nicaraguan cacao from the Xoco Fine Cocoa Company and the fine pedigree can be seen from the fact that it won a Silver at the International Chocolate Awards in the plain milk chocolate category in 2012.
The tasting notes describe the bar as fruity, and that certainly is a truism. The texture, as you would expect having been produced by Mikkel and the team, is utterly fantastic.
