This version of the incredibly popular Grenada 100% bar is aimed at cake makers or chocolatiers as it comes in unwrapped 226g blocks without the 'finish' that retail chocolate normally exhibits. This 100% couverture chocolate is designed to be re tempered as it comes bloomed and is substantially thicker (at 14mm) than the other form.
The flavour is no different, you still get that intensely dark flavour which will compensate for its rustic appearance.
Furthermore, the retail bar works out at 4p a gram whereas this is a third cheaper per gram at 2.65 and is still has no added sugar, is suitable for vegetarians and vegans and is gluten free.
