There's no doubting this drinking chocolate, which is made from an Arriba Nacional couverture, is a marked step up in terms of intensity than the 53% cocoa drinking chocolate that forms the basis of the Hans Sloane drinking chocolate range. Here it is more rustic, more powerful and more like a single origin chocolate bar. It still comes in glorious and shiny chocolate bead form which you can either melt three tablespoons into hot milk or water, or, indeed, you can just munch as they are (I do).
