This chocolate offers the nose that leads you to expect a great deal of acidity. However, the flavour is typical of the Swiss approach in that it is rich and creamy. Interestingly, along with another dose of raisin there is a hint of Turkish tobacco pipes and, dare I say it, West African Amelonado cacao.
Along with this is sublime, soft lemon profile that is fairly unique.
Don't expect any heavy notes, or powerful experience. Instead expect a metaphorical drive through the fresh, floral Swiss mountains.
