You may be wondering if this chocolate is worth the money. The simple answer is "yes". It won a Bronze in the Academy of Chocolate Awards in 2013 but, to my mind at least, deserves better. The flavours delivered are the most reminiscent of another food stuff as I can remember. It seems a carbon copy of a handful of 'fruit and nut'. Allowing the flavour to settle on the palette offers so much more than that oversimplification. There are almond and cherry flavours to be found, but a rich, sublime creaminess that initiates a shudder between my shoulder blades. This is simply a wonderful chocolate and a very good example of a naturally gifted cacao bean.
