This delicious milk chocolate from Jordi’s – the Czech Republic’s only bean-to-bar chocolate maker – has an intriguing texture thanks to the inclusion of cocoa nibs.
Cocoa nibs are a common (and welcome) addition to dark chocolate, but adding them to a milk bar is far more unusual. The bar’s smooth surface is liberally sprinkled with cocoa nibs, whose roasted flavour and wooded crunch provide a wonderful contrast to sweet milk chocolate. One bite is never enough!
This bar achieved a Bronze at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2017 and a Silver at the Academy of Chocolate Awards 2015.
