Here we have another interpretation of Madre's flavoured 70% Dominican Republic chocolate offering - this time with a blend of hibiscus and bergamot oil. Of course, these are the dominant flavours. The hibiscus classically gives it a bright, light floral headline whilst the bergamot gave it a citrus undercurrent. It is important to note, however, there still is the archetypal broody and spice-laden natural flavour coming from the chocolate itself which could be missed if you weren't savouring every moment.
