Manufaktura Czekolady are Poland’s first (and to date only) single origin, artisan chocolate maker. Through their range of single origin bars, founders Christopher Stypułkowski and Thomas Sienkiewicz tell a chocolate story about the flavours of different regions and about how chocolate is made. Their bars are produced by hand in Poland, in a traditional way you might have seen 150 years ago.
All too often, we find that milk chocolate bars can become overpowered by the addition of vanilla that suppresses the natural finish of the chocolate. Not so in this bar.
