This is the 75g version of the 72% dark chocolate and which still develops during the melt and evolves through various different hews and vibrancy. One of the most prevalent notes is that of hazelnut although there also seems to be waxing and waning red fruit tone as well. Most often, however, the delicate flavours will magically remain even minutes after it has melted.
