For those who can’t decide between Dark and Milk chocolate – this could be the one for you. Crafted in Honduras, this bar is made from criollo cocoa beans called “Mayan Red”, which can be traced back to the time of the Mayans. With a creamy taste and texture, this bar has tones of orange and a gentle festive spice throughout. Slow roasting the beans at a low temperature helps to draw out their flavour, then thorough refining and conching has produced the silky texture present in this bar.
