Of course, no hedgehogs were harmed in the making of this chocolate lollipop. To be honest, I have no idea why its called a hedgehog. What I do know is that it contains 40% milk chocolate made with milk from the Austrian Tyrolean Alps and has a 78% Fairtrade content. In terms of the wider Zotter range, this isn't the most unusual of their products, but what it should do is satisfy the inner chocolate craving of any child with taste. This isn't made from any poor-quality, "mass-produced" 22% cocoa solids milk chocolate as you'll find in the supermarket or corner shop, this is made from very good quality, Fairtrade and mostly organic milk chocolate.
