Where did it go? Surely I've not just eaten the lot whilst editing the photograph? Well almost. This has to be one of the most addictive white chocolate bars I've tried in a very long time.
The organic cocoa butter base along with the sugar give it a mellow, creamy backdrop then ... BANG ... the sharp licorice comes to play and this is even further heightened by the sea salt. No wonder this one a Gold in the Scandinavian leg of the International Chocolate Awards.
The colour is of the famous caramelised Valrhona white or even the Fruition Toasted White. So if you've tried either of those, I'm sure you'll love this one.
Tasting Notes | Creamy caramelised chocolate spiced with raw Persian liquorice and finished with sprinkles of sea salt, harvested from the West Fjords of Iceland, by Saltverk. |
