Often you'll try chocolate with fruit inclusions and the expected berries are sparse. That certainly isn't a criticism that could be levelled at this chocolate from the most excellent Ecuadorian Pacari.
Of course this chocolate packs a sharp, acidic punch, not only because of the fantastic chocolate base, but also from the anti-oxidant laden fruits. Furthermore, as Pacari apply limited processing and no roasting that acidity is accompanied by more of the natural, complex flavour offered by cacao.
