If its relaxation you crave then consider this 60% cocoa Ecuadorian chocolate bar lovingly made with essence of lemongrass. In many cultures around the world lemon grass is associated with relaxation, as well as an anti-oxidant and is alleged to have anti-microbial properties. Primarily, however, it use used to give a very interesting citrus hue to chocolate. It's unlike much of the other chocolate that we sell, but we do love how it seems to cleanse our pallet.
For the 2012 World Chocolate Awards (for which I was a judge) this bar won the Gold award for flavoured dark bars. It's also worth noting that all of the ingredients are certified organic and are fairly traded - Pacari also won gold in the Directly Fairly Traded Category.
