As a true chocolate fan, just opening up this chocolate to spy the cocoa nib covered base will excite. And it doesn't stop with the aroma. That too is out-of-this-world with its heavy 'grape' force to the nose. I find myself scrambling to consume more. The shards of nibs fall the chocolate and you'll be eating them off your hands as they do.
In terms of flavour there is just so much going on. The red fruits of the Madagascan blend of Criollo and hybrids shine through. But there is a nutty quality too that coincides with under-ripe banana. This is such a lovely chocolate.
