Josef Zotter's wife, Ulrike, suggested that he should stop making so many utterly bonkers varieties. Perhaps that's why Zotter pulled this chocolate with trout in it back in 2012. Thankfully Josef must have gotten his own way and we can bring this completely crazy chocolate to you.
The chocolate coating is produced from a combination of cocoa butter and raspberries, hence, it has a creamy, sharp flavour combination that should lead you into a false sense of security before your taste buds meet the mashed-up trout contained within. Although this chocolate only contains 4% fish it is a flavour that you just won't forget. This will probably make it a great Secret Santa gift as its not something you'll pick up on your lunchtime trip to Tesco.
