The Pralus Equator is made with Arriba Nacional beans originating from the Buena Fe Los Rios Province of Ecuador and offers a very powerful nose and an intense flavour - but not a level of acidity that one may expect given the aroma. You should still witness a great deal of floral here against the heavy roast.
The cocoa beans and sugar in this bar are from certified organic sources whilst the soya lecithin used to assist the texture are non-GMO.
